Meet Matt & Kerry Clayton
Matt & Kerry have been passionate about the wonderful Peak District for most of their lives, enjoying the area for both business and pleasure. Matt is the main day-to-day contact, a business consultant, short term letting & property professional, successfully launching & managing his own Peak District holiday cottage business over the last couple of years, Kerry is also an experienced Operations Director. In recent years, Matt & Kerry also launched a property business in Bulgaria, helping customers with an end-to-end service, allowing them to invest in the Bulgarian property market, as well as build their own property and land portfolio. They bring an in-depth knowledge of the Peak District and understand the challenges owners may face in this area, helping them to maximise their property occupancy rates, as well as introducing many ways to support guests' enjoyment of the property and help them to explore the Peak District more fully.
