Pass the keys expands his Airbnb Management Service to Glasgow - Scotland’s largest city

We've kept up quite the pace here at Pass the Keys, with expansion into four new cities in the last six months. We think it's time to go one step further and expand our Scottish presence, which is why we're delighted to announce that we are expanding into Glasgow. We are pleased to provide a hands-off solution for people who want to optimise their renting venues without lifting a finger to hosts in Glasgow. Our areas of operation will include G1, G2, G3, G4, G12 and G51.

Glasgow
Glasgow - Scotland's largest city - is an eclectic city filled with history and culture. With landmark sites such as the Kelvingrove Museum, Cathedral, Glasgow University and more, the city is an exceptional market for Airbnb, with a unique mix of students, tourists, and business professionals using the service. It attracts a lot of tourist for a day trip to Loch Ness.

Airbnb in Glasgow
With 1974 active rentals from 1224 active hosts, Glasgow has significant demand for Airbnb and is a significant opportunity for Pass the Keys. Furthermore, the annual Rental Growth of 84 percent and an occupancy rate of 79 percent shows that the Airbnb growth of Glasgow is just at its start and won’t be saturated in the near future.
